Kinda dodgy but decent save
So we booked a suite, but it was basically a family room with kitchen vibes. The bed was just two singles stuck together 🙄. The staff was cool though. They moved us to a proper double and refunded us €50. The bar food was solid-great burger, but watch out for the sticky tables 😅

The hotel was perfect for us as we were a group of friends and stayed in the two bedroomed suites. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb and overall the hotel was lovely to stay in.

The attractive reception area really made a great first impression on our arrival.
The breakfast operation was chaotic and inefficient, even during the busier times. The promised quick taxi service was anything but quick, leaving us frustrated. The double room we reserved felt cramped and lacked the spaciousness we anticipated.

The hotel was convenient to town once you had a car. It is quiet and ideally located beside the Golf club.

Can't recommend highly enough for taking strolls
Comfortable room, convenient dining, where I enjoyed a lovely self-service breakfast selection with attentive staff, and a great bar/lounge area to unwind after a day of exploring.
No complaints from me.

Excellent value for money. Also, for us the location was great as we were at a wedding in a hotel up the road. It is just a little short drive outside Killarney town, but not walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. To be honest, we didn't spend much time in the hotel and didn't have breakfast but the staff were all very pleasant and efficient.

Not much, except the receptionist. No facility to call out. No public phone in the lobby, and no phone in the room. Needs a big improvement if this establishment hopes to survive in these economic times. I do not think any hope in this
Mattress sinking to the lasr spring. Almost all rooms are in the same shape. No phone in the rooms or in the lobby.
